This is Corrosion was created to help bring "the good music" to those who may be unfortunate not to have such resources available to them locally. In this endeavor, This is Corrosion is not a money-making venture - any advertisements you see (such as banners) are freely displayed for the purposes of free promotion.

The sole purpose of this site is to help promote artists, record labels, and the entities that support them (zines, music stores, promoters, etc.).

In the end, it is the listeners who will keep the artists and record labels alive.
